I was beyond down on my luck in a bad way. I needed to sell my property to have a fresh start. If it wasn’t for Kevin and his colleagues, I don’t know what I would have done or where I’d be. My home wasn”t going to be easy to sell but they managed to get it done in about a month. Me connecting with them was truly a blessing. They walked me through the process every step of the way. I found them to be professional, caring, and transparent. If you’re in a bad spot, and need help selling your home quickly, I would highly recommend this company.

It was a pleasure working with CR of Maryland. We chose them after getting a few offers because they were locals working locally as opposed to out of town investors. We had to extend the closing timeline because of a squatter and CR of Maryland stuck with us while we handled that process and they were ready to close as soon as we evicted the squatter. Communication was great the entire time and they always did what they said they would do. We would certainly do business with them again.

Very efficient, kind and helpful to deal with. We had no experience selling a house this way and worried about the details. Kevin and Andrew directed the whole process, answered all our questions made the whole experience a piece of cake. Can’t wait to see what they do with the house.
